Help with my tracker - Please?

I thought I deleted one of these trackers and no longer see it when I go to MY OH. Any ideas on how I can get rid of the darker one?

When you deleted the dark one did it let you save your changes? Try again and if it doesn't work send Cathy Wilson a message and she should be able to help you get it off.
