Happy Hump Day Botts:

I am loving this weather that we are having.  Temperatures in the low 80's all week.  My eats and cardio for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack:  Quest Cinnamon Roll Bar
Lunch:  Pure Protein Peanut Butter Bar
Snack:  Protein Vanilla Pudding
Dinner:  Grill Chicken Salad
Snack:  Chocolate Vita Top Muffin

Exercise:  1 hour walk in neighborhood

Have a great day and don't forget those vits and fluids.

Good Morning!

Im feeling a little better today. Hopefully I just had a hiccup the last couple days. I decided to have an off exercise day yesterday and went home and cooked. My husband has been doing pretty much all of the cooking since he is not working. I really miss it. I LOVE to cook. I even did a little time in culinary school. I decided I needed some ME time in the kitchen and a glass of wine. I made sauteed butternut squash with onions and tossed in some sliced chicken sausage. Ive made it before but I just wasnt feeling the eating of it so much. I ended up making a sandwich ate half and wasnt feeling that either! LOL

Im planning on going out running aka jogging aka shuffling along tonight provided its not raining. Calling for flash floods, but you know how the weather works.

Eats for today:

Coffee w/ cream
1 slice Arnold Double Protein Bread w/ Skippy Natural and banana
Apple and string cheese
WW Smart Ones Chicken Carbonara
Pure Protein Bar
Thinking we will have the black bean burgers tonight.

Good Day, Good Day !

Was really CHILLLLY here this morning, covered by new plantings last night because they were calling for low 40's in the late hours & I did not want to jeopardize my seedling red hydrangea's...

My plan thus far :

Breakfast  :  protein coffee
Snack  :  grits with cheese & ground hamberger
Snack  :  coffee with sf creamer & low carb milk
Lunch  :  shrimp & crab stuffed sole and cucumber
Dinner  :  unknown - maybe scrambled eggs or a protein shake
Cardio  :   Zumba

Have an outstanding spring day...

It is also warm her in SC... love it. This morning I woke up at 5:20 and woke up the cat. We went downstairs , I drank coffee and we both fall asleep on the sofa. She on top of me - of course...
But the second coffee (double espresso) at 7 finally wok me up and I am plugging along.. 

Eats: 
coffee+ almond milk
Brazil nuts + protein cookies
more coffee + more cookies
salad with some meat or fish
jambalaya
protein shake with greens
pork loin with veggies and mushrooms 

Walking today at least 30-60 min.  And going shopping.

Hi everyone, haven't been here in a while and it definitely time to reach out for some support.  Lots of things going on lately and I've been dealing with them in all the wrong ways, eating the wrong foods, no exercise, too much alcohol and feeling like I am just shuffling through life lately.

So time to pull up my big girl panties, get my diet in order, start exercising, quit making excuses and do the things I know are good for me and make me feel better at the end of the day.

Eats for today:

B-Click, Egg Beaters breakfast sandwich
S-String cheese, jerky
L-Salad w/turkey, feta, sunflower seeds & rasberry vinagrette
S-Quest bar
D-Buffalo chicken, roasted green beans

1268 Calories, 51 Fat, 122 Protein, 99 Carbs (63 Net)

Working on water and vits.

Cardio: Walking 1 mile on morning & afternoon breaks. Babysitting tonight so thinking I will steal her stroller and take her for a walk around the neighborhood.

Hey Botts:

Out early today had to do a CT Scan this morning and I am just getting back.  There was a delay should have been seen 1 hours after you drink the pasty stuff waited 2 hours for what ever reason son they made me drink 1/2 a bottle more because I had gone to the bathroom twice since I had the first one.  So now am gassy as hick, not fit to be around humans.

I walked pass three subways stops just to get a walk in (30 minutes) and I'll do 55 minutes of Wii Active Tennis this evening.

My eatting off so this is what the rest of the day will look like:

PreBreakfast: Nothing
Breakfast: Nothing
Snack (12:30pm) Protein Bar - Snickers Marathon
Lunch: 3:30pm will be a Fruit Smoothie
Snack: if I am hungry, Egg White Omelet with Spinach & Mushrooms
Dinner: Which may be late, the container of Lobster Bisque was I was to have last night
Snack: Vita Top Muffin Top - Bran Blueberry

I gave in to temptation.
I weighed myself on Sunday morning, then promised myself that I wouldnt weigh in again until the following Sunday.  I made it through half the week, anyway.....
The good news is that the scale is moving down again!  I really like the calorie cycling because it feels like I have a couple of 'cheat' days each week.

It is still raining here in NorCal, but we can definitely use the water.  Happy Hump Day!  

Today's menu:
Breakfast 1- 6am
Hard boiled egg
6oz herbal tea

Breakfast 2 - 9am
1/2 cup cottage cheese w/ 4tsp unflavored protein powder
1/4 cup crushed pineapple

Snack - 12:00pm
Fage Total 0 Greek Yogurt w/ 2tsp unflavored protein powder
1/4 cup crushed pineapple

Lunch - 2:30pm
1/4c egg salad w/ 2tsp unflavored protein powder
1/2 whole wheat 100 cal thin sandwich bun 

Snack - 4pm
1/8 cup egg salad
4 baby carrots

Dinner - 7:30pm
1/2c spaghetti meat sauce w/ 6tsp unflavored protein powder
1 1/2 cup shirataki noodles

Snack - 9pm
1/2cup SF Choc Fudge Protein Pudding

Exercise
Treadmill - 45 minutes
Crunches - 125 
Pushups - 50
Dips - 60
Squats - 116

I need to get to the grocery store tomorrow after work.  There dont appear to be any green leafy veggies left in my humble aboad.  Lettuce, baby spinach, and lots of cucumbers just for me (since I know my husband and son certainly wont eat it)!
