Back On Track Together
My second day
Oh yes! The carts! I need one once and awhile now but for the most part I can get around without one. It is wonderful! My knees are so blown I have to walk with a cane. I was actually in a wheelchair and a walker before I lost the weight. Can't wait for the knee surgery but it will be awhile.
It is a miracle how losing weight can change our lives.

Great post! I don't miss:
Asthma, being unable to breathe
Being asked how far a long I was
People looking at what was on my plate, then at me, then back at my plate again
Feeling like my neck fat was strangling me when I would sleep on my back
Trying to find clothes that were comfortable, stylish, and fit well
Being able to cross my legs at the knee
