O yes.. It is nice and so many things to do and see... And as close as I am now and with frineds house there - I will explore some more...

Tes**** my hot button today, YES, I'm looking for a new start, AGAIN ...Woke up in a total body sweat during the night, know it was a reaction to eating 2 FULL of sugar snickerdoodle cookies (baked Sunday and decided I had to sample, spread with pb to try to offset the reaction, think it only made it worse )

Back in the saddle today...

Breakfast :  protein coffee & crispy fresh croissant
Snack :  coffee with sf creamer & lowcarb milk
Lunch :  cheese stick & 2 thick bacon slices, crispy
Snack :  quest bar - think I will try the strawberry cheesecake, frozen
Dinner :  3 oz deli chickenbreast roll-ups with spicy jack cheese & a smear of hoisin sauce
Cardio :  Zumba and a short walk with DH & the dogs

once we do that  a few times - we learn (hopefully ) what not to do. I had a "cookies day" one day... It was so bad that now when I bake - I only do that when BF is in my house - so he can try it. I go as far as to refuse to even try a bite.  So not fun when a full RH hit..
One day... then another... good luck.

I am also looking at a fresh start this week after my pity party this weekend.

I am planning my daily eating at least a day in advance so that I can have the supplies on hand and calculate my totals BEFORE it goes in my mouth.  I am also going to try calorie cycling to unsettle my metabolism.

Today's food intake:
Breakfast 1- 6am
Hard boiled egg
6oz herbal tea

Breakfast 2 - 9am
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup crushed pineapple
8tsp unflavored protein powder

Snack - 12:00pm
Small apple

Lunch - 2:30pm
Fage Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
4 tsp unflavored protein powder

Snack - 4pm
Nature Valley Dark Choc and Peanut Butter Protein Bar

Dinner - 7:30pm
1 Chicken Parmesan Breast
2cups Green salad with balsamic vinegar

Exercise
Treadmill - 45 minutes

Totals for Today:
Calories:  951
Protein:  101g
Total Carbs:  63g
Net Carbs:  51g
Fat:  28g

I'm feeling pretty good about my restart!

Your numbers look pretty good today.  I bet if you keep it like that all week, you will show a lost by the weekend.

I was out of town this weekend....I ate like the little pig I am....junk junk junk ...and I feel it in my clothes... but I did have a nice weekend with my brother and his wife...I have to tell you this..
Sunday we ate at Ryans..I was so craving green beans... of course I fixed my 2 yr old some being she likes them too..along with chicken breast, mac n cheese, corn and some crab salad...she only ate the green beans...and proceeded to eat from my pile of green beans...then i fixed her more....and added some boiled cabbage when she also ate a bite from me and liked that....she ate 3 servings of each.(prob more) even removed the ice cream from her little mini cone and stuffed cabbage in it! I thought that was so cute...but I am a mom...and was happy to see her enjoying vegetables instead of the sweets!!

I so love to eat at Ryan's but don't get my money's worth any more.  We go about once every 6-8 months now for something special for my son because it is one of his favorite restaurants.  I would feel better about it if they would let me take a to go box with me...  And, I do love the green beans too!  They are seasoned so well.
