Good Morning Botts:
Another beautiful day here for us with a high of 82 degrees for today. My eats and cardio for today are:
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Hi Lo Maple Pecan Cereal
Lunch: Chicken Salad on Sandwich Thins
Snack: Cheese, Crackers & Grapes
Dinner: Roast Beef and Green Beans
Snack: NSA ice cream sandwich
May add a protein bar if my numbers are not high enough.
Exercise: 1 hour walk in the neighborhood
Have a blessed Sunday and don't forget your vits and fluids.

Good morning Botts,
Been up most of the night, my neighbor in the apartment next door threw a party last nght from 10pm - 4am. After several request to tone it down their quest won't so I am working on very little sleep and I have a conference call this morning is the only reason I am up right now. The temp here has dropped down to 46 this morning should be this way most of the week. This is the last week of classes for me before Spring Break, looking forward to my trip home to visit family for a week!
So come this friday to the 8th I won't be posting, my mom doesn't have the internet yet she's been saying that once my sister moves out she will purchase herself a computer. Well, my sister in her kids moved into there own apartment just yesterday after living with my mom for the past 4 years. So, I know my mom will keep me busy this coming weekend...painting, shopping, etc.
So, my eats today will be:
PreBreakfast: Cold Coffee Drink with 1 scoop of Protein
Breakfast/Late Snack: Protein Shake with 2 scoops w/tsp of SF Pudding
Snack: Maybe a Protein Bar - Pure Protein/Peanut Butter Caramel Surprise
Lunch: Boca Burger on a 100 cal sandwich bread with the works (Veggies)
Snack: Orange
Dinner: Grilled Haddock w/Veggies or Tomato Salad
Snack: Vita Top - Bran Blueberry Muffin Top
Workout: Will be later in the day.
