Frustrated Beyond Belief - Advice Please

Thanks Fordgrl!

I seem to have found a combo that's (currently) working for me.
I'm calorie cycling and have reduced my carb intake to less than 90g per day.  Those two things along with a FIRM 64oz+ of water per day netted me a 2.5lb loss this week.  After a month of a total loss of 2lbs...I'll take it!
Getting back on track 10yrs later after a REGAIN of approx 35lbs
Surgery weight:  277lbs             Goal/maintenance weight: 135lbs

 To lose I have to ditch the dairy and stick to animal protein and green stuff and drink my wa-wa.

If I get stuck again, I'll try eliminating dairy.  The calorie cycling seems to be working pretty well (along with truly sticking to my max carbs limits, etc).
