It is a lovely day in my neighborhood today. My eats and cardio for are:
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Chicken Salad on Sandwich Thins
Snack: Vita Top Brownie Top
Dinner: Southwestern Chicken Pita Pizza
Snack: NSA ice cream sandwich
Exercise: 1 hour walk around the neighborhood
Have a great Saturday and don't forget those vits and fluids.

Just finished my morning work out: Wii Active Tennis for 50 minutes/burned 684 calories!
I have one last paper to finish so I will spend the rest of the day indoors.
Today eats:
PreBreakfast: Protein Coffee with Benefiber
Breakfast: Dannon Yogurt with Fresh Strawberries added
Snack: Fruit Smoothie with only 1 scoop of Protein
Lunch: Egg White Sandwich on 100 cal bread and a wedge of Laughing Cow Cheese
Snack: Apple & 2 Cheese Sticks
Dinner: Tomato Salad with 3.5oz of Grilled Fish
Snack: Protein Pancake with Fresh Berries (1/4 cup)
Calc: 1165 Protein: 121

My protein coffee is a glass of cold brewed coffee from the day before and I add 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein to it to start my morning.
The protein pancakes I order on line from: http://www.mybariatricpantry.com/Default.asp
I buy my Protein Juice drinks, soups, pancake mixes (only the plain & Chocolate) and snacks from this website.
Something else to grab and fix that loaded with proteins.

tsk tsk tsk u been holding out ms Bryant_w. lol.. I wish i knew about this site when i was pregnant, i would have loved to have eaten all of this stuff and not gained 32 lbs i was 210 now im 242. None of myjeans fit Ugghhh!!

Sorry, I found out about the site just 3 months ago from some else on this board. You can learn alot from just lurking :-) Which is what I did for months before I start posting.
I hooked my sister to the site as well she had lap band done last year and my mom uses the site to purchase some easy fixing items as she trying to lost her 20 pounds as well.
