Tess,

I am not really sure what my sodium intake has been, I am feeling better no need to go to Urgent Care at this moment but if things change I am there. I guess I am just sick of the fact it's at night or really early in the morning when I am not feeling well and my only choice would be going to the ER.  I am going to watch and record my sodium intake today and see if that's my problem.

Thanks again for reaching out!

Hey your welcome.  Blood Pressure is something that none of us needs to play with.  I hope you have a better night.

Finally rainy here, too.  Hoping for a thunderstorm to green up the brown grass.  Didn't do too badly going out to dinner last night. I chose a salad of veggies only with balsamic vinegar dressing on the side, 8 oz filet, asparagus, and spinach--only ate 1/2 and boxed the rest.  I chose (yup, chose, with no regret)  to have a small portion of bread (asked for olive oil instead of butter) and a chocolate covered strawberry. First bread, fruit, and sugar in weeks.  Yummy but I am right on track today.

B - protein coffee
S - protein shake
L - other half of yesterday's dinner (steak, asparagus, spinach)
S - 1 c chopped veggie salad
D - chili or hot dog and sauerkraut
S - protein bar

Be careful of what you ask for, my husband had to mown the grass on Monday, the last day of winter.  All this rain and sunshine has made our yard very green and the grass is a growing.  Also, I had my first piece of french bread in olive oil on Saturday when our children treated us at an Italian restuarant.  It was delicious and it did show up on the scale but it has now left the body and all is well in Tessyland.  Have a great evening.

I had a really bad carby day yesterday.  But today is good day, and I guess I needed it.
Today is easy:
coffee + almond milk
wrap with cheese and canadian bacon
salad with pork roast
dinner out - not sure.

Do you find that some times you do better when you have a carby day and then go back to your regular diet.  Sometimes it actually moves the scale for me about 3 days later.  It weird but kinda nice.

lol... yea I do... somethims I need an extra intake of carbs to tell the body it is OK to let go... As long as I do that one day every 2-3 weeks - is not bad...
And today got good "cleansing" beacuse of yesterday carbs... so not considering extra gas - my belly is flatter than 2 days ago...
