Cardio & Cafe Tues. March 20
I hope that everyone had a good day. I think that I did pretty okay. I'm going to like it here thanks to everyone.
**Early AM :
2 cups of coffee/ splenda / FFmilk
**Breakfast:
2 turkey sausage patties
**Lunch
1/2 can of tuna in water
Side salad w/ tsp. of balsamic vinegar & jarred roasted red peppers
**Dinner
1 chocolate protein shake
Evening Snack:
Small handful of almonds & 1/2 cup of pineapple chunks
Later- 3 SF popsicle(not great but....)
Vitamins & Calcium - yes
Exercise - 3mile walk with double stroller & pupster. Yay.
No wine for me.
Tuesday was a mixed bag. I had a minor medical procedure done and was sore and achy most of the day. Thankfully, my darling hubby was home and spoiled me for most of the day. By the evening, I was feeling more 'human' and even talked myself into doing my workout.

Breakfast 2 - 08:30am
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup crushed pineapple
Snack 1 - 11am
1/2 cup Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal
Lunch - 2pm
6oz burger patty (homemade)
1 thin sandwich 'bun'
Snack 2 - 4:00pm
1/2 cup chocolate protein pudding
Dinner - 7:00pm
4 oz grilled chicken breast
1/2 cup corn
5oz Charbono (red wine)
Snack 3 - 8:30pm
1 apple
Exercise:
Treadmill - 45 minutes

Net Carbs: 86g
Protein: 102g
Water: 7 glasses
