Happy 1st day of Spring Botts:
We are in for a sunny, 84 degree day here in Mississippi. I hope that everybody has just as nice a day as we are going to have. My eats and cardio for today are:
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Quest Peanut Butter Bar
Snack: Cheese & Crackers
Dinner: Southwestern Chicken Pita Pizza
Snack: NSA ice cream sandwich
4:00 PM 1 hour walk around the neighborhood

Good Morning! We are bringing in spring with dense fog and thunderstorms. At least it let up for the walk into work.
Bootcamp last night. Kicked my butt! but its good. Im glad there is alot of running. It has thrown me into my 5k training I announced I wanted to accomplish this year.
Today's eats:
String cheese (Hungry this morning!)
Coffee /w cream
Quest bar and banana
Greek yogurt w/ Kashi Go Lean Crunch and clementine
Pear and string cheese
Mini pizza on whole grain crust and salad
Gym tonight. Treadmill and upper body strength. May get brave and try to throw in a couple running intervals.
Bootcamp last night. Kicked my butt! but its good. Im glad there is alot of running. It has thrown me into my 5k training I announced I wanted to accomplish this year.

Good morning. Today in NYC it will be 72 degrees we almost hit 80 yesterday. So, I will take my second half of my workout outside (Walk the park)

Snack: Protein Shake w/1 Tbsp of SF Pudding
Lunch: Protein Bar - Balance Bar/Cookie Dough
Snack: Mini Sweet potato and Cup of Protein Soup - Chicken Noodle
Dinner: Boca Veggie Burger on 100 Cal Sandwich Bread and (Veggies, tomato, onion, & pickle) I did say Friday the ENT said was suffering from Acid Reflux...I wonder why! :-)
Snack - Bowl of Fresh Berries and a Tbsp of Fat Free Cool Whip
Going to put in a 35minute workout on Wii Tennis and 15 minutes on the Total Gym lower body this morning and walk the park this afternoon when the temp raise to 72+

Good morning... My cat woke me up today 10 min short of my alarm... (and not an hour like some times). She walked all over me, warm and cuddly, purring and demanding love and attention. So happy when she saw me opening my eyes. I can't be mad at her or the day when I am woken up with so much love and attention..
