I think I would be interested in many of the products....just hate buying them if they are not good...I did notice they have sample packs ...so maybe I will just do those...also just wanted to share it with you guys

Yes and they have this additive to add to "mock" mashed potatoes which will add thickness I think...I will order a sample pack ...and in the mean time if you guys order anything...let "us" know how they were...
by the way...I order my "low carb" noodles from this site...they have flat rate shipping and are the cheapest I have found so far...I order in bulk ...

Are you looking for something specific? Ive tried a couple things like Carb Krunchers breads, those are good, but I like them toasted. They remind me of toasted Italian bread my Noni used to make. Carbquik is pretty decent as well.
