Good morning everyone, Since we all know Tess is helping here daughter move this weekend I just took the lead this morning.
It's Saturday! I slept in this morning and it did feel great. Today will be busy however, still need to control my eatting.
PreBreakfast: Coffee & Med's
Breakfast: Fruit Smoothie
Snack: Not Sure if I need one today
Lunch: Skinny Banana Split
Snack: Protein Bar - Pure Protein, Peanut Butter Caramel Surprise
Dinner: Salmon Pattie wth Veggies
Snack: Vita Top Brownie
Cardio: Wii Active Tennis, 55minutes

Late last night. But I slept well... Very busy day today. Getting ready for the party tomorrow, (my BF's father 70 th birthday party in my house...). But food is cooking, I will bake brownies and clean the house. The rest is so easy. But we also have my BF's niece Brthay party today - but it is out so I will get something I can eat - salad? or just meat and veggies.
eats will be easy: (as always)
coffee + half and half.. (love my fat these days - crave it)
egg omelet (mushrooms and veggies) - once my BF is up...
quest protein bar
some food - meat and veggies ( @ Carrabas)
jambalaya (made for the party - but we need to sample lol)
roast pork loin - again - need to sample.. LOL
nuts for snack as needed.
Exercise: cleaning and cooking and organizing..
