Good morning Botts:
It's Sunday I am up and feel great. Today for me is all about starting and finishing my homework assignments this week so I can start my Spring break from classes early, like a whole week early!
I am working on two Master classes one in Total Compensation and the other is Change, Challenge & Competence. The plan is to spend the day doing this weeks assignments and tomorrow to draft out my final paper, Tuesday work on my piece of a group project and the rest of the week put my final touches on the two papers and project I completed last week and by next Saturday submission of all of my work.
So, today I will do a 55 minute work out with Wii Active Tennis and this afternoon or early evening a 20 minute lower body work out with my Total Gym.
Eats today!
Breakfast: Coffee
Snack: Protein Shake with a tbsp of SF Banana pudding to spice it up
Lunch: Skinny Banana Split to use up my last Banana
Snack: May not need one (Cheese Stick and 6/Turkey Bites
Dinner: Open face 4oz Onion Burger with a side salad
Snack: Bowl of Berries (Black, Red Raspberries and Strawberries)
