I am heading for Nashville shortly so I had time to say hi and update my eats and cardio for today.
I will probably be walking up and down hills this afternoon for my cardio and here are my eats as I know them:
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Chocolate Protein Shake
Snack: Quest Coconut Cashew Bar
Lunch: Corky's BBQ (small plate)
Snack: Biscoti
Dinner: I don't know yet
Snack: Biscoti

Im feeling a little better. Didnt have to wince as much when my feet hit the floor to get out of bed. Im still sore, but Im moving better today. Was in the car a while yesterday and needed a hand to get out! I'll be hitting the gym tonight. Just going to walk on the treadmill...I should be walking outside since its supposed to be in the 80s today, but I'll go to the gym with the husband.
Eats for today:
Coffee w/ cream
banana and greek yogurt w/ PB2
Im feeling like Subway today. Turkey, no cheese, guacamole and veggies
Pear and cheese stick
Quest bar on the way to the gym
Not sure about dinner, maybe Lean Cuisine steamer bag
I moved my weigh in day to Fridays instead of Saturday. Hopefully I'll have some good news to post tomorrow. Would love to see some movement.

Back from traveling, did not follow any eating plan while out of town but came back down a
pound ...
B : protein coffee & 2 mint cookies
S : fru-fru coffee
L : ginger seseme glazed salmon & steamed aspargus with lemon butter
S : pb power crunch, maybe with a little extra pb spread on top
D : bite of cheese stuffed manicotti with meat sauce & sliced cucumbers
Cardio : beautiful day, LONG walk with DH & the dogs
Alesia : start 249 / surgeon's goal 138 / current 142
B - protein coffee
S- protein shake
L - tuna with tomatoes, celery, onion, mayo
S - 2 hard-boiled eggs, 1/2 c chopped veggie salad
D - 4 oz chicken breast with sauteed mushrooms and onions
S - protein bar, brand and flavor to be determined by my cravings at the time
It's almost the weekend!
I have to go to a presentation and networking tonight, so working day will be a short - and long at the same time.
eats:
coffee+ coconut milk
quest bar
more coffee (again - hunger is not an emergency)
soup/stew and 1/2 flat-out wrap
tea... 1/2 quest bar (if needed)
some snacks at networking event (I hope they have food I can eat)

Was very worried this morning...my blood pressure was really high, it's come down however, I have doctors appointment to follow tomorrow and we will have a conversation over this...it seems to happen one ot twice a week now and I don't feel it right and I am on high blood pressure med's now. I am seem to pike really early in the more. So, I am still feeling a little off.
The stove repair guy blew me off again yesterday and now his somewhere in my building and wants to come this afternoon...well he is just going to have to try me another day. I am not up to his messing about in my kitchen and I am not feeling well.

Todays eats:
Breakfast: Protein Shake with tsp of SF Banana pudding
Snack: Protein Bar - Pure Protein/Peanut Butter
Lunch: Finally a cup of Coffee - tried the coconut milk (heard it on Dr. Oz, it doen't work for me. Staying with what I like).
Snack: Cheese Stick and a Turkey
Dinner: Pan Seared Jamaican Curried Salmon with 1 cup of Green Veggies
Snack: Skinny Banana Split: Low fat Dannon Vanillia Yogurt, 1/2 of chopped up Banana, 1 Tbsp of Chopped unsalted Peanuts and 1 Tbsp of Mini Chocolate Chips
No work out today, until a speak with my doctor in the moring. So, I'll just work on two of my final papers that are due next Friday.
Guys have a great day...the temp is 49 today a far cry from 75 yesterday!
