There is always the dread of hitting the treadmill at 5:15 AM each morning but at 6:15 AM I am rocking because I know I can eat my 1100-1200 calories today without guilt.  It is worth it but just don't ask me to say that at 5:00 AM.;)

Good luck with the move.  It will be also nice to spend some time with your daughter.  Have fun... And the packing - and doing things - is a very good exercise - so on top of doing good for her - you are changing your routine - most likely you may see weight loss..

It is a beautiful day here.. Bare legs, little dress.  Love it.  Spring is here... at least this week.

Eats today:
coffee+ coconut milk
cheese and chips ( to get some carbs)
protein shake
soup/stew with 1/2 flat -out
protein bar
sahimi tuna or some meat and veggies. (going out)
meat and lettuce ( or fish)
LNS grapefruit

I've tried the shirataki noodles.  I have a slight issue with the texture, but am told that can be alleviated if you prepare it differently.

Do you know if any sites that offer recipes?  This would be a GREAT filler and is very low carb and has little to no calories of its own.

I love to cook also and I rarely use a recipe as written.  I always have to kick in a ton more flavor and put my stamp on it, lol.

Thanks for the info!  I've got a couple of  bags of noodles sitting in my fridge right now, so this weekend I am going to experiment!
