Hi Viva:
A protein shake is easy in the Morning when I am off to work. I don't really have time for a sit down meal. I do have Oatmeal or Hi Protein cereal on the weekends when I have time to enjoy them. I work through lunch so again, a protein bar is convenient for me. I always try to have a cooked meal for dinner every night though.

i eat food... this am
like 2 poached eggs...2 sm turkey sausages..baby bell AND some high protein cheese cake desert..( i put cream cheese, yogurt, and cottage cheese ,sf jello (dry mix) lemon and some cheese cake flavor and a few fresh blueberries...i don't measure to make the recipes...but this made at least 4 servings about 1/4 cup.
I do eat at least 3 meals a day...I struggle with night eating tho...past couple days have been ok since I decided to go low carb ...there are many options for me there...easier for me...
just my input...

I know. I am really excited about her being back close to home. She left for college in 2005 and I really haven't seen her that much since. Now she is all grown up and married and we have become really good email buddies. I hope we can continue this on a much more personal contact basis. I glad you like your new dentist. Mine called this morning to remind me that I have an appointment for next Monday. Just Great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi everyone!
Checking in late today. Started the day at another office.
Nice new avi Tess!
Just finished this round of Zumba. Think Im going to take Zumba down to once a day this session. I signed up for a bootcamp class. Starts tonight Not sure exactly what I was thinking with my 'routine' being harder on me to sign up for something that is going to kick my ass. Maybe it was the $20 for 6 weeks that got me! Hope I survive!!
Today's eats:
Coffee w/ cream
Banana and Quest bar
Roast turkey, green beans and strawberries
Pure Protein bar (my niece bought me 3 cases of Pure Protein bars!)
I better have something before bootcamp...greek yogurt maybe?
Deli roast beef and cheese wrap and baby carrots

Rainy day but it finally looks, smells, and feels like Spring. It will be nice to see green grass soon. Both kids are finally feeling and sleeping better, therefore I was able to sleep last night. Made protein balls for the first time (thanks for the recipe, Alesia!) but haven't tried them yet...snack tonight, I think. I also placed several online orders to try various flavors of different protein bar brands (Quest, Pure Protein, Oh Yea, Crunch) some sugar free syrups, and low carb pancake mix. It's like waiting for Christmas!
