Breakfast: Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Grill Chicken Breast
Snack: Cheese, crackers & Grapes
Dinner: Chicken Quesadilla

Have a great day and don't forget those vits and fluids. Hurrying for the weekend!

Good morning Botts:
Tess, well the moving may not be so fun but having your daughter close should be.
Well its already 50 degrees here this morning, heading for the gym today. Plans to do 30 minutes with Wii Tennis (at home) and walk/treadmill for 1 hour today. Looking to purchase the TreadClimber by the summer, my gym is crazy busy all times of the day and their open 24 hours.
Today eats will be challenge as of yesterday without my morning protein I just don't seem to be full and yes I did a bit of crasing yesterday evening/night.
Breakfast: Decaf Coffee & Protein Bar - Snicker Marathon after the gym
Snack - Matrix Protein Drink - sample with a cup of Manarin Oranges - no sugar added 30minutes later
Lunch: Protein Bar - Pure Protein
Snack: Protein Soup
Dinner: Open faces Turkey Meatball Sandwich on 100 Calc Sandwich Bread with 1 cup of veggies
Snack: Not too sure yet what I may want
Have a good day everyone.

It will be wonderful to have her near again. She is getting her Masters Degree from Vanderbilt and she will be finished the last week in March. We are moving all the furniture out of the apartment this weekend since this is when everybody could pitch in. She is moving back to Hernando to be with her husband. They have been swapping weekends every other week to be with each other during her Grad work. She will now only be 15 minutes away. I do miss my baby girl. Oh, by the way, it was 60 here this morning at 5:00 AM and the high today is 76 degrees. (I wore my capris and sandals to work).
Personally, it's easy for me to have a Protein Drink in the morning. I've been this way for years. It's a boost to get my day going. Breakfast if it's a sit down with family when I am on vacation or a Saturday morning. I find breakfast food to be a waste of calories and very little protein overall.
So, Protein Bars and Drinks just work for some of us.

Even before surgery, I always "drank" my breakfast...then it was Carnation Instant Breakfast, now it's a protein shake (the bonus is 24 grams of protein). I know it's an important meal so I don't miss it but have never been able to eat that early. Plus I have two very young children so I'm more focused on them and on the run. Easier to relax and drink a protein shake during the drive to work.
