Dehydration

 I just received a call about lab work I had done on Tuesday.  Dehydrated need more water, water,water, How does everyone keep it all down?

Flavored. I use Vitamin Zero and Sobe O water. Can't drink plain water. It hurts.
Hot green tea, coffee, protein drinks.
But I also need salt to make sure the water stays in. No salt - you may drink as much as you want - but it will just run through you.

 Hi Viva:

My doctor told me that if I am not peeing clear then I am not hydrated enough.  Clear over here on my shores.....

PS. Drink tea, coffee, koolaid, flavored water, soda (my bad) and any other liquid that you like.  It doesn't have to be plain water.  I never do plain unless I just got off the treadmill and then I could drink a river...
