Good Morning Botts:

It is a very warm 65 degrees this morning but it looks like we are in for a rainy afternoon.  I did not get to workout this morning so I guess I will take this as a day off.  My eats for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Quest Coconut Cashew Bar
Snack:  Beef Stix & Cheese Stix
Dinner:  Chicken Salad on whole Wheat Thins
Snack:  Vanilla Protein Pudding

Good Morning!

I have an appt with a trainer on Tuesday. We'll be going over my diet and workout. Hopefully she will be able to help me figure out where Im having so much trouble.

Going to be a beautiful day here today as well, too bad I have to work. At least I'll get to see it a little when I go out to HQ. Get their cafeteria as well and get to hit the Exchange so I can pick up some protein and $20 (or less!) Under Armor shirts!

Eats for today:

Coffee w/ cream
Banana and Quest PBJ (ate it all, Im hungry today)
Roasted turkey and green beans
String cheese and Pear
Quest bar pre gym
Lean Cuisine steamer bag

Gym tonight. 30 mins elliptical and upper body weights. I may throw in a little leg work too.

I absolutely will!!

My meeting got canceled :( not upset about the meeting, but I need to shop! I may run over at lunch tomorrow and pick up a couple shirts. Darn! No green beans either. They are like crack beans....sort-of like szechuan string beans? I need to figure out how they make them!

Good morning Tess and bott-ers.
Back home and soo tired.   Arrived late last night SC time. Was home close to 1 am.  Had to distress with my cat (she was really happy to see me) and slept only 4 hrs. It will be long day.
Yesterday I ate good food - but I was so hungry while traveling that I ate too much.  My pouch lost its tightness and I will need to work on it to make sure it is back to "small pouch again".
But exercise do that to me - I burn calories and get really hungry.  Stress due to traveling does not help. But I snack on WLS friendly food and most likely did not digest or were able to absorb at leas half of the calories. (jerky, raw nuts, salad) 
Today is a new day and I woke up hungry ... but all is good. back to my routine in no time. . 

coffee+ almond milk
flat-out wrap with cheese (400 calories worth - yikes - 1+ 1/2 wrap, 5 slices of Jarlsberg cheese )
more coffee...
protein cookies (2)
protein shake
tuna
protein cookies
beef and veggies...
Lots of water and green teas 

I hope my shipment of quest bars will be here today.  I ordered bunch. Most the natural ones and some the original (sample pack).

 Getting back on track is always easier from the home front.  I hope your Quest bars come in today too.  I ordered me some more also!

Looking at a beautiful 75 degrees today & I am definately getting out of the building on my lunch break ...Headed out of town EARLY tomorrow, not much food in the house, to many errands to run before we leave so not at home for dinner tonight either...
 
 Translation :  todays menu will be what I like to call "Food Network Challenge", its like opening the "Chopped" basket, you just don't know what you'll get or when for that matter...Here's what I've brought to eat today, not sure what the order will be or what I will supplement it with

fru fru coffee x 2
2 hard boiled eggs - may make them into deviled eggs
1 cheese stick
protein balls
5 flipz pretzel crackers
1 Quest Bar - brought the Choco PB Natural to try today

I'll be off line until next week Tuesday, hope everyone has an awesome weekend, stay

Afternoon Botts:

Not feeling so great today...my blood pressure was up over night has come back to normal.  I am so sure what happen, I do have a follow up appt in the morning to test my INR.  It's been low for two weeks and I could be developing more clots, a little worried.  I walked around Target this morning it's 68 degrees here...way to early in the year to be this warm. 

My eats today:

Breakfast: Coffee
Snack: Protein Shake w/tsp SF pudding
Lunch: Pure Protein Bar
Snack: Protein Soup
Dinner: 1/2Cup Veggie & Grilled Steak with a Mushroom Gravy
Snack: Skinny Cow Dreamy Cluster - Candy
