My food intake:

Breakfast 1 -06:30am
1 hard boiled egg, large

Breakfast 2 - 08:30am
1 packet instant Cream of Wheat
7tsp unjury unflavored protein
(I think this meal set me up for a really good day. I wasnt hungry at all and had to force the rest of my foods in).

Snack 1 - 11am
1c Kashi Go Lean Crunch

Lunch - 2pm
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup crushed pineapple

Snack 2 - 4:30pm
1 cheese stick

Dinner - 6:00pm
Wendy's Ultimate Chicken Grill Sandwich

Snack 3 - 8:00pm
1 glass of Zinfandel

Exercise:
Crunches - 97
Pushups - 43
Cardio - stationary bike 35 minutes

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1082
Fat: 25g
Net Carbs: 98g
Protein: 84g
Water: 8 glasses

I still havent weighed myself since Tuesday and I dont plan to for at least another week.
Getting back on track 10yrs later after a REGAIN of approx 35lbs
Surgery weight:  277lbs             Goal/maintenance weight: 135lbs
