How you noticed how quickly hump day come around? Do you feel that we are rushing our lives away each week? I do... I am in such a hurry to reach goal sometimes that I forget to enjoy the small victories that I have along the way. I think we all need to take time today and appreciate all the little things that we have accomplish while trying to get to the bigger picture at the end. My eats and cardio for today are:
5:15 AM 45 minute walk on treadmill
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Quest Peanut Butter Supreme Bar
Snack: Cheese & Beef Stix
Dinner: Chicken Stirfry with Carrots
Snack: NSA Ice Cream Bar

Got my menu planned but still haven't counted the calories in Fitday. Exercise has escaped me which is not good.

I will work on ab lounger today and the treadmill and take my vitamins.

Tess, since I've been unemployed for the past 5 months I take each day as it come. Now, 6 months ago I completely agree I rush through everyday...it's a New Yorker way!
Today I will once again wait for the stove repair guy to show up...miss communication between the management company and my landlord! So, a fill hour of Wii Active Tennis.

Dinner: (6) Asparagus & Turkey Rolls w/Mini Sweet Potato
Snack: Vita Top Muffin Top - Chocolate

Very stressful and crazy day yesterday. Hoping today is much better. I really could use a break.

Not sure what Im feeling today. Maybe calimari salad from the sushi place and couple crackers. Pear and cheese stick
