Happy Hump Day Botts:

How you noticed how quickly hump day come around?  Do you feel that we are rushing our lives away each week?  I do... I am in such a hurry to reach goal sometimes that I forget to enjoy the small victories that I have along the way.  I think we all need to take time today and appreciate all the little things that we have accomplish while trying to get to the bigger picture at the end.  My eats and cardio for today are:

5:15 AM 45 minute walk on treadmill

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Quest Peanut Butter Supreme Bar
Snack:  Cheese & Beef Stix
Dinner:  Chicken Stirfry with Carrots
Snack:  NSA Ice Cream Bar

I hope everybody has a wonderful day and please don't forget your vits and fluids.

Your comments are so true, time is really getting away from me as vacation is fast approaching.  I am not where I want to be but am happy that
Got my menu planned but still haven't counted the calories in Fitday. Exercise has escaped me which is not good.
Coffee w/creamer and sf hazelnut syrup
Vitamin D water
Pure protein bar
Chicken salad w/crackers
Grapes - red
Powerade Zero
Pure Protein Bar
Pork Rinds

I will work on ab lounger today and the treadmill and take my vitamins.

 Sometimes I am so focused on where I want to be that I forget to look at where I am at this moment.  I am so grateful to be back in all my 10's and 12's and if I don't lose anymore weight, I will forever be grateful that I made it back to where I was.  Is it really that urgent that I lose 10 more pounds just so I can say I made it to my goal?  I don't know but I am going to take it one day at a time and see where it leads me.  I hope you have a great day and a good workout today.

Good morning Bott!

Tess, since I've been unemployed for the past 5 months I take each day as it come.  Now, 6 months ago I completely agree I rush through everyday...it's a New Yorker way!  

Today I will once again wait for the stove repair guy to show up...miss communication between the management company and my landlord!  So, a fill hour of Wii Active Tennis.

Menu today:
Pre/Breakfast Coffee
Breakfast: Protein Shake w/SF pudding
Snack: Boiled Egg
Lunch: Protein Bar - Snickers Marathon
Snack: Protein Soup
Dinner: (6) Asparagus & Turkey Rolls w/Mini Sweet Potato
Snack: Vita Top Muffin Top - Chocolate

Total Calc: 1112; Protein: 118

 I certainly hope your repair guy shows up today.  I am going to take my first trip to New York in July.  Going to a wedding in Poughkeepsie and reception in Beacon.  Then we are coming in to New York City for two nights to see the sights and Wicked on Broadway.  I am so looking forward to this trip with my daughter and son.  I hope you have a great day too!

I hope you have a great time in NYC there is so much to do and see.  Every ten blocks the landscape changes.  You'll have a ball...it will be HOT and Crowded!

Good Morning! 

Very stressful and crazy day yesterday. Hoping today is much better. I really could use a break.

Tess you are so right! Im always wishing the week away so I can relax and sleep in.

Eats for today:

Coffee w/ cream
Banana and 1/2 Quest apple pie
Other half of bar
Not sure what Im feeling today. Maybe calimari salad from the sushi place and couple crackers. Pear and cheese stick
Dinner is 1/2 grilled steak and roasted asparagus

Zumba tonight!

I have some Vita Tops as well, maybe one for dessert.

I hope you have fun at Zumba tonight!  It seems that I looking forward always to the weekend and then hump day in the middle of the week.  I guess I am like the Alabama Song "I'm in a hurry and don't know why"......

B- 1/2 c egg white scramble with turkey ham, string cheese , 1/2 c cottage cheese with cinnamon and slivered almonds
S- Eas carb advantage shake.
L- chicken breast, cantelope, blk eyes, tom and cuc salad
D- tuna, cucumber tomato ranch "pasta" (mirile noodle) wtih walden farms ranch dressing...
S- 3 peanut butter protein balls with flax ( home made)  yummmm
