My little one is still quite sick but other than that a pretty decent day. Learned how horrible hard boiled eggs are when you forget to time them and WAY over-boil them - ugh!

S - protein shake with coconut milk
L - 1 c sloppy joe, 2 T shredded cheese, veggies & 1 tsp dressing

I must confess. I workout every morning, then put in my 8 hours on the job, come home and prepare dinner and usually I am out on the couch by six o'clock. Sometimes my husband wakes me up so I can go to bed. I remember the time that I could stay up all night and still make it to work on time. I guess my old timers disease is catching up to me.
