I had a great workout this morning and a wonderful walk in my neighborhood yesterday. My eats for today are:
5:15 AM 1 hour walk on treadmill
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Quest Cinnamon Bar
Snack: Cheese and Beef Stix
Dinner: Beef and Turkey Pepperoni Pita Pizza
Snack: NSA Ice Cream Sandwich

Morning All,
I haven't fell off the face of the earth, just off track. Everyone came in for DH's grandmother's funeral. Did wayyy too much eating. Now I'm getting back on track. Trying to get it all together for cruise, physically and mentally. I hate stress and stress eating.
Today's menu:
Vitamin Water
1/2 cup Chicken Salad w/crackers
1 Boiled egg
1 Pure protein bar
1 Bottled water
6 Strawberries
Coffee w/creamer
I haven't logged this in to see how many calories but I will later. Gotta get on the treadmill too.

Today I'm going to try a new yoga DVD I bought and staying BOT!
I feel so much better since I've been BOT. I'm trying to stay below 1000 calories today. I haven't figured the calories on the Alfredo chicken. It's low carb but I'll figure the calories. My dinner may change! It's the emotional eating that kills me though.
Breakfast: Smoothie with 1/2 scoop Unjury
Lunch: Quest Bar
Snack: Quest Bar or Unjury shake
Dinner Alfredo Chicken w/Brown Rice
Snack: Greek Yogurt

Its SUPER Tuesday ( and this is not a voting reference )
Good day overall yesterday, had a few modifications to my original food plan but still made good choices and stayed BOT...
Pre-B : fru fru coffee
B : quest bar ( trying my 1st one, the brownie)
S : fru fru coffee
L : 2 breakfast sausage links & a cheese stick
S : kahlua NF/SF custard
D : unknown ( its our Harley Club meeting night, they usually serve dinner but we usually go out after so I can make a more healthy choice, downside is I end up eating really late)
CARDIO : day off
Cals - 598 / Protein - 37 / Carbs - 37( still need to add dinner in, room on cals but will keep it protein forward cuz I'm trying to limit carbs to 1/2 my total protein for the day and as of this posting they are equal )
The Quest bar went down easy & was pretty good tasting...I ate the whole thing in about 10-15 minutes, think I will need to slow down when eating it even though I chewed really well cause about 10 minutes after I finished it I really got slammed with a feeling of over-fullness & still feel uncomfortably full...

Stll in LA. Doing well. We walk a lot so I decided to increasse caloriesa nd carbs. (so my BS would not drop too low). But that only means more fruits.
I decided that I can't eat a whole quest bar for breakfast. It is way to heavy and too dense. Maybe 1/2 bar at most... But is it tough to stop eating when they taste so good.
today I will be busy again, and walking a lot (convention)..eats will be easy.

salad w some meat (what ever I can find)
nuts ( need to find some) and a bite of fruit (maybe 1/2 banana - small for carbs)
dinner: somemeat or fish and veggies..

Today because I need to wait for the stove repair man I worked out at home for 34 minutes with Wii Active after I found out he won't be here till tomorrow morning. Oh, well it's only 31 degrees outside the treadmill can wait till later this afternoon.

Snack: Fruit Smoothie
Lunch: Snickers Marathon Protein Bar
Snack: Cup of Protein Soup
Dinner: Tuna Salad with (6) Deli Pops/chips
Snack: Vita Top Muffin Top - Blueberry Bran & Decaf Coffee

Wow, crazy busy today. Things finally calmed down.
So...after my couple days off from the gym last week and my little 'extra' food wise, I was up a lb on Saturday. I had gotten to 229.something. Saturday was 230.4. I hopped on today and it was 230.6 WTF? After 4 PERFECT eating and workout days. Yes, I am ALLOWING the scale to drive me crazy!! I really think Im going to lose my mind. Seriously. Guess Im expecting too much.
Anyway, eats for today:

Quest bar and string cheese
Missed the cafeteria today, Subway roast beef and turkey salad w/ Ken's Lite Northern Italian
Pure Protein bar
BLT on La Tortilla Factory wrap and orange slices
