That my friends is the sound of my body saying...."OH NO!  Gimmee food!"  My weight loss stopped, dead in the water.  Oh how good it felt for those few days.  I'm not giving up, I'm not giving in.  This fat's GOING DOWN!

Step away from the scale and keep doing what you are doing.  Check out the scale at the end of the week after your body has had time to deal with losing some weight.  If you don't lose, don't worry, you are practicing maintenance for a week before you lose again.  That is what I tell myself and it works for me.

I'm right there with you Lisa!!! But looking back on my calories for the last couple of weeks, I've been on maintenance, not weight loss. We can do this girl!!!! Thanks for being such a cheerleader!
