Okay, those in the know...

Stirring a scoop of protein powder into a 1/2 cup of sugar free pudding is fairly good but very runny.

I'd love to know what brands and flavors of protein pudding you love and where you buy them?

I make my own pudding.  I use sugar free jello pudding (usually vanilla for me) 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder. (I use chocolate protein powder for SF chocolate pudding) plus two cups of 1% milk.  If you want it richer you can also add two scoops of powder milk (I use to but do not anymore).  I use the SF cool whip or readi whip on top.  Yummy!  All together this recipe does four servings at 140 calories including whip and 14.5 grams of protein.  It's a  really nice treat after dinner or before.......

I am a chocoholic, so I tried the SF Jello Pudding with the unflavored Unjury protein.
Yummm!!!!!!!!!!!  It does NOT taste like 'diet' food at all.

I also love chocolate.  Do you use two scoops of protein powder to a small package SF pudding like Tess?

Yes I do, but while I'm making it (not after its set).
I whisk the protein powder into the milk in small bits at a time so it all dissolves.
Then I make the pudding as directed on the package.

Tonight I'm going to try adding the Unjury Strawberry Sorbet protein to some SF lemon pudding to see how close to a strawberry-lemonade flavor it gets.
