IF YOU COUNT CALORIES AND EXERCISE

Hey Cajun,

I too look at my exercise as a bonus...Set my cals, protein & carb goals on a max I want to consume daily and any add'l cals burning during exercise just helps me to have a lower total for the day  which ultimately helps to keep me working towards loss/maintenance...

I got to chime in too.  I have finally got my calories up to 1200 a day and usually I burn any where from 300-500 off in exercise.  I try not to go over 1200 but if I do, I know my exercise burn will take care of it.  I look at my exercise as a savings account.  It is there if I need it but it is what keeps the scale moving on down and not up if I don't use it.
