Morning Botts:
It is a chilly Saturday here today. Yesterday it was 82 degrees, today it is 38 degrees with a high of 56. I guess I will put my sweater back on today, I wore capris yesterday....My eats and cardio today are:
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Brownie Quest Bar
Lunch: Grilled Chicken Salad
Snack: Coconut Cashew Quest Bar
Snack: Protein Vanilla Pudding
Dinner: Taco Pizza Pita
Snack: Protein Shake
Exercise today will be mall walking. I hope everybody has a great day today and remember your vits and fluids.

Got a late start, slept in this morning. And now doing homework or better yet trying to get ahead start on next week course work. I've been unemployed since September 30th of last year and I am taken this time to go back to school for a Master Degree as I search for a new job, possible outside of New York City.
So, my planned meals for the day is:
Pre-Breakfast Decaf Coffee with Miralax (Tess it really helps), and went back to bed, rolled out at 11am!
Breakfast: None
Lunch: Protein Shake (Body Fortess w/tsp of S/F Banana Pudding)
Snack:/Late day (3pm): Egg White Omelet with Lite Havarti Cheese & 3 thin slices of Ham
Dinner: Stuffed Portabella Mushroom with a Baked Sweet Potato
Snack/Dessert: Vita Top 100 Calories Brownie and 2 Tbsp of Fat Free Cool Whip
Workout: 55 minutes of Wii Active Tennis

I had a lovely date night with my hubby, but still kept on pretty well on track. I was actually able
to get my protein over 80g today and my net carbs under 100!
