Ugh...today was a nightmare at work, even for month end. I didnt do very well as far as protein intake, but perhaps the 'silver lining' is the lack of eating in general means my carbs were down too.

My food intake for today:

Breakfast 1 - 06:30am
1 hardboiled egg, large

Breakfast 2 - 08:30am
0.5 Noah's Bagle - Good grains
1 tbsp Noah's Sun-dried Tomato and Basil Schmear

Snack 1 - 11am
1 cheese stick

Lunch - 2pm
None (I know, I know)

Snack 2 - 3:30pm
1 apple
2 tbsp peanut butter

Dinner - 7:30pm
0.5 Chipotle Steak Burrito

Snack 3 - 8:00pm
None

None


Totals for the day:
Calories: 1203
Fat: 57g
Net Carbs: 101g
Protein: 60g
Water: 6 glasses

My stress level was through the roof today. When I'm upset or stressed out, I either overeat or stop eating altogether. Today, I ate early, then next to nothing until late evening when I grabbed a burrito on the way home. Thank goodness its Friday!
