 Don't you just hate it when you know that last bite shouldn't have been?  Been there and done it, I don't know how many times.  Will I ever learn, doubtful.  I proud that you hung on to it.  I still end up loosing mine everytime.

Hello everyone -

So far so good today, however, I'm a little worried about the weekend. I really want to stay on track. Hitting the gym tomorrow - I'm sure that will help.

Also, I had grilled chicken strips for dinner last night, nothing else.   My pouch works !  I was definintely full after approx. 4 ounces of dense protein.

Pre-B & several other times during the day - coffee
B - protein shake
S - chicken broth
L - protein shake and 1/2 hr. later - celery sticks
S - SF Jello &  1 Babybel light cheese
D - Salad w/grilled chicken & 2 tbsp. lite dressing
S - Diet hot cocoa

 Try to prepare tonight what you are going to eat tomorrow and it will be easier to stick with it.  When my food is already prepared, I don't have to think and shop the pantry for other things I really shouldn't eat.  Good luck, check in tomorrow.  I already post on Saturday and Sunday too.  It keeps me honest!

 Good Morning :

I noticed one person had their calorie count and protein. I'm wondering how much protein and calories I should be my goal. I thought 1200 calories with 80 grams of protein.

I did order some of the unjury protein and quest bar samples. I am excited to try them.

PreAM : COFFEE
B: Eggs with veggies, 
S: Protein Bar
L: Salad with protein
S: Celery with almond butter
D:chicken and veggies
S; proteinpudding

Cardio: 3 miles of walk and jog intervals

 For me to really lose some weight I had to start my calories at 800 with proteins at around 80 grams.  I am just now adjusting my calories between 1100 and 1200 a day.  My weight lost has almost come to a complete stop.  I guess I am in maintenance for awhile.  My body seems to really like the 155-158 weight.  Who am I to argue with it.  I love my chocolate unjury and the quest bars are awesome.  I hope you enjoy them too.

I ate a lot last few days..... My body does not like it at all. But I also realized why...
I am going on a business - pleasure trip to LA - 5 days. Lately any trips cause me to have anxiety. Big time. Once I get there - it is fine... but the preps are crazy. I also will travel there with my BF... and when I am with him - I eat less. (we get busy)

Maybe my body is getting ready (reserves) for the trip?

I did not weigh myself, since I still fit into my 6's... so I know I have not gained much (if any) weight.
Most likely I will lose weight next week...

eats today:
coffee+ almond milk
power crunch bar (2)
roast beef
protein shake
some dinner - maybe Chinese ? or some other food. Not sure.

 I hope you have a great trip next week.  I tend to lose weight on trips like that.  I think I am more careful what I eat because I do not want to upset the pouch.  You know what I mean.  Take plenty of power crunch bars with you and have some fun.

Thanks Tess... I actually plan to take 10 quest bars with me - 2 for each day. Just in case.   That way I can eat them and be full. Also they travel better (the crunch bar are fantastc - but they are so delicate.  )

Way to go, Tess!

No idea how I'm doing on calories, protein, carbs, fiber, etc. yet because I haven't had a chance to enter more than a few foods in myfitnessplan.com yet. Also haven't been able to work in exercise yet - argh! With a winter storm fast approaching and sick little ones, DH will not be going in for overtime tomorrow so I will make time to do both on Saturday and Sunday.

Yesterday
Breakfast - protein shake
Snack - skinny mocha mocha
Lunch - 1 c pepper steak, 10 baby carrots, 1 tsp ranch dressing
Snack - Tried a Rock'n'Roll Protein Bar (big, filling, and tasted just like a Payday candy bar)
Dinner - No dinner, the protein bar was still sitting in my pouch like a rock, not sure if that's good or bad
Snack - Protein Bar (Zone Perfect this time)
