Good Friday Morning Botters:

I am back on track again!  I got 2 of the 3 lbs. back off and I am running with it.  Had a great workout this morning and my eats for today are:

5:15 AM Walk 45 minutes on treadmill (9.0 incline at 3.5 miles)

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Protein Shake with banana and PB2
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Grill Chicken & Lite Honey Mustard
Snack:  Pure Protein Bar Peanut Butter
Dinner:  Egg & Cheese Omelet
Snack:  NSA Ice Cream Sandwich

Good morning BOTT.

This morning I have a Doctor's appointment - follow up so my eatting gets a little off.  Workout this moring was 20 minutes on the Total Gym - lower body only and if I am up to it I'll do 55 minutes on the Wii Active (Tennis) this evening.

My eats today is:

Breakfast:  Coffee Protein Shake
Snack: Snicker Marathon Protein Bar
Lunch: Protein Soup
Snack: (maybe) Pear
Dinner: Stuffed Portabella Mushroom
Snack: Vita Top - 100 Calc Brownie and Decaf Coffee

 I hope your doctor's appt went well.  I have a wii fit and I love the hula hoop.  Tennis hurts my shoulder.  I think I am too violent with it........

Stupid question.  What is "NSA" and what brand do you get?

 Tigs is correct.  I buy the Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwiches.  No Sugar Added.  They have 130 calories, 2 gram fat, 4 gram protein, 29 carbs, 4 gram fiber (net 25 carbs).  This is my splurge for the day with the most carbs and least amount of protein but it is something that I look forward to each day.  So far, it works for me.

Happy Friday...

Goal for the weekend to track my food on thedailyplate & stick to my plan...

B :  pb, choc & banana protein shake
S :  fru fru coffee
L :  chili with cheese & lite sour cream and baby carrots with a little ranch dip
D :  unknown its date nite with the DH - think its going to be mexican but not sure  hard to say   no to those chips & salsa

Cardio : 45 minutes ZUMBA & a short walk with DH & the dogs

811 cals / 70 protein excluding dinner

Alesia : start 249 / surgeon's goal 138 / current 142

 Just say no to the chips and salsa.  You can do it.  I even say no to the queso dip.

Good Friday Morning BOTTs!

Great job Tess!!!

My pouch pointed out to me last night that she was still there working for me in full force! Since I had my revision from band to rny, I have only one time in the past year and a half had that feeling of pain and wanting to PB or vomit. We ended up having a busy evening which turned into dinner out and missing the gym. Went to Moe's it s a low end version of Chipotle. I got pork fajitas. Against my better judgement, I ate a flour tortilla...then proceeded to make another one. I dont know what I was thinking. I ate until I was full, then had another bite. TOTAL mind game. I was in so much pain and wanted to vomit. Unfortunately, that is a no can do for me. OUCH. Ugh, anyway, back on track for me today and my weigh in tomorrow.

Today's eats:

Coffee w/ cream
Quest apple pie bar and banana
Baby carrots and Quest cashew coconut
Orange and string cheese
Im making Shrimp fried quinoa for dinner YUM!

Zumba and gym over the weekend.
