OMG it's so hard!!!
I'm really trying to stay on track.  There are so many foods calling me from the kitchen, good and bad.  This is ridiculous! Of course my stomach(pouch) is not hungry.  It's my head, mouth and hands.  Reaching for a piece of candy is such a natural thing that I just automatically reach for it.
This is day three of trying to stay on track and going cold turkey sugar free, except for natural sugar.  I haven't been totally successful but I haven't totally failed either.  I've had a couple pieces of candy  every day but just a couple.  Gotta start somewhere eh?!  Wow...it's really hard!  I'm trying to psych my self with self talk such as ' I don't want to be fat', I want to cross my legs, etc.' It helps to get through the moment.
I feel so bad that I've gained this weight.  It's so depressing. Here's looking forward to a successful day 4!

Daisy, HANG ON!  old habits really do die hard.  Find one outfit that you love in the size you want to be.  Put it somewhere close and when the urge to splurge hits, go look at it.

I am right there with you.  Last night I felt NUTS!  I was head hungry like crazy.  It started though because I missed lunch and work was so crazy that I didn't get in enough water.  That is the only thing I can chalk it up to.  Today, we will succeed!

Faith is NOT believing God can.
It is knowing that God will!

Hang in there Daisy.  You can do this.  Take it one minute, one hour, one day at a time.  Sometimes it is just the matter of making it through the moment.  Come back here when you need support we will always try to help if we can.

Tess you are so right!

"Sometimes it is just the matter of making it through the moment."

Thank you for this little tidbit.  It sure helps to keep it into perspective.

Here's a hug, hold on girl, you CAN do it...

Could not have expressed the frustration with ditching the sugar cravings any better, it REALLY is hard...

Exactly what Tess said! One meal, one bite at a time!

It is very difficult, but you can do it!

Daisy,

I'm right there with you!! I've got at least 30 to lose but I'd love to get rid of 50 but right now I'm just trying to get off one pound at a time. I just can't get up the energy to exercise. I have a doctor's appointment on Wednesday and maybe we'll have an answer as to why I'm so tired all the time. I get plenty of sleep. Any way, I am right with you! We just have to stay here and let our BOTT sisters be our inspiration!!!!

I've found an app that I can put on my I-Phone called Lose IT. I access it from the computer as well. I can bar scan the food's UPC code and get all the nutritional info downloaded into the program. I'm drinking at least 2-3 Unjury shakes a day to but my biggest problem is that I DON'T EXERCISE!!! So that's my problem. I've lost 6 pounds since the first of the year. My goal is to at least get back to ONEDERLAND!!!

Hang in there Daisy!!!
