Good morning BOTTS!
I'm feeling a little discouraged but I'm here so that's a good thing. I've been stuck at 6-7 lbs down for the last 3 weeks. I need to start exercising but am having issues with my toes. Had surgery back in Dec on one of my toes and have reinjured it so it setme back to square one with healing. Need some ideas on exercise that I can do. My treadmill is calling my name but can't wear my tennis shoes. I have a pair of Dansko clogs that I can wear without too much pain. May try them on the treadmill! Any ideas appreciated.
Prebreakfast: 2 cups of coffee
Breakfast: Unjury protein shake
Lunch: Tuna with Laughing cow cheese
Snack: Unjury Protein shake
Dinner: Unsure right now
Snack: Greek yogurt
Trying to keep my calorie count down but that doesn't seem to help either. Any help appreciated!!! Have been drinking Crystal lite for my water but am changing that today to Walmart flavored waters without calories. I just don't like water.

Janie,
I am not sure if it will hel*****t but I do Wii Active at Home every morning from a 45minute to an hour and 25 minute work out (Tennis) in my barefeet, because I would slide all over my rugs or get my socks balled up and trip on them (It works for me) also I do Zumba at home in my barefeet as well.
I am only in shoes if I head to the gym to for the treadmill & weights or I am doing the Taebo PT24/7 at home because of the cable belt hookup to your feet. And depending on the workout with my Total Gym and Iam using the ropes/cable I am in shoes other wise all the other execise I can be in my socks.

Hi, They sell good sandals - for exercise or hiking. A bit pricey (unless you can get them on sale)
Another way - when I had broken toe - I took older running shoes and cut of a hole where the toe was touching and hurting. I still wore good socks, and was able to use the treadmill at home.

Snack: baby carrots, ranch dressing, jalapeno jack cheese
Lunch: pepper and tomato steak
Snack: hard boiled eggs
Dinner: chicken taco salad (just chicken and veggies)
Snack: soys nuts, protein bar
Water: 104 ounces (thank goodness a bathroom is around the courner from my office!)
Joined my fitnesspal last night (thanks for the suggestion OH friends) and I'm looking forward to seeing how I'm doing with calories, protein, carb, fat, fiber, etc.

The stress and being tired finally got to me. Last night I ate gazillion of the protein bars - the powder crunch. I do need to stop buying them. I barely ate any food during the day but as I got home and was sooo tired (very late again) instead of eating good food - I ate the bars. Not too much harm done, but I ate 5 of them during the evening and night. That needs to stop. I also ate 1-2 cups (grazing) of sunflower seeds, and a pita bread with mayo and cheese.
Like .....really???
Today, the rest of the day I will make it a good food day... I do need to hide the "cookies"... (protein crunch bars) . Not sure how to count them ... overnight eating... I would woke up, go to kitchen to ge****er and got the bar.. - they have enough sugar (5 gr) to cause my sugar to get low just enough to make me hungry enough for another bar...
But that's done... still better than buying a whole bottle of wine and drinking it... at least with the bars - my body got some proteins and some carbs. Maybe I do need that to have some "reserves " since I am going on a trip to LA? (part pleasure , part business). Not sure.
The rest of the day eats:
coffee + coconut milk
pork roast
protein cookie (very little carbs)
meat and salad.
Soup... (plan to make some tonight - need to use the veggies I have)
