Carb Questions

Are we supposed to track carbs or net carbs (total carbs minus fiber?). Carbs seems simpler.

What's your range or lmit for daily carbs when trying to lose?

Do you focus more on fruits and veggies or do you add other good carbs such as brown rice, whole wheat bread, and whole wheat pasta?

IVE been keeping mine under 40 and i lost 7lbs in lesss then a week. plus my calorie are at 800

Net carbs, and sugars.  I try (try is a good word) to limit sugars to 10 per day (close to imposible) and net carbs to 40-50. and 20+ fiber

I keep my net carbs under 100.  Mostly, around 75 net carbs a day.  My carbs come from my vegetables, fruit and protein bars.
