What online source do you recommend to find breakdowns on foods--calories, protein, carbs, sugar, fiber, etc.? Or is there abook you prefer? I'm journaling my food intake but wouldlike the above inforamtion as well.

Thanks.

I use myfitnesspal.com It has tons of foods already in the database and you can download the app on your phone. There is a scanner on the app to scan the barcodes on food as well.

I use my fitness pal also.  I love this app.  I can use it on the internet or just on my phone.  It keeps up with everything.  I use to use mydailyplate.com.  But fitness pal is so much better for me.
