Happy Saturday Botters:

I love the weekends!.....Wheeeeee...................I am as happy as the little pig with the pinwheels on tv.  My eats and cardio today are:

8:00 AM 1 hour walk on treadmill, 20 strength training on upper body

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Unjury Shake
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Quest Apple Bar
Snack:  Grapes, cheese stick
Dinner:  Meatloaf & Beans
Snack:  NSA Ice cream sandwich

I plan to do a little shopping this morning after exercise and my afternoon is still open.  Have a great day and always remember your vits and fluids, they really keep us healthy!
