Happy Friday Botts:

This has been a long week to me and I am so glad to see the end of this one.  My eats and cardio for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack:  Chocolate Pure Protein Bar
Lunch:  Quest Peanut Butter Supreme Bar
Snack:  Cheese, crackers
Dinner:  Roast Beef & Green Beans
Snack:  NSA ice cream sandwich

4:00 PM 1 hour walk on treadmill

Have a great day and don't forget your vits and fluids.

Good morning TGIF!!!!!

Still enjoying my Quest bars~ Having the PB&J now. YUM! Im ready to order more. Ended up changing my menu yesterday. Had a bar for breakfast and one for lunch. They really filled me up.
Im still killing my workouts and eating plan. PLEASE, please let it show on the scale tomorrow. Im afraid if it doesnt it may hurt my attitued. I can plan for it all I want and tell myself not to backslide, but those emotions are kinda tough. At least I have support at home.

Eats for today:

Banana
Coffee w/ cream. I couldnt resist my coffee today.
Quest PBJ bar
Quest cashew coconut and plum
Pear if I need it
Spaghetti Squash with a little ground beef/marinara

Tonight is my day off gym day. Zumba in the morning and gym on Sunday.

I know it is hard but don't let the scale win.  I am going about 4 weeks at a time now with no weight loss and about the fifth week I will drop around 3-4 lbs.  Sometimes it just hangs on until the very last moment hoping that you will drop your guard and go back to eating.  You are stronger than that.  Just believe that if I am not dropping pounds this week then I am losing inches.  Hang tough and I will pray for you a lost this week.

coffee w/protein powder
l- deli turkey and cheese, low carb yogurt
d-broccoli and some kind of protein
s- protein bar, I can wait to get my quest bars in the mail!!

TGIF... really
It has been very long work week. Already worked over 60 hrs this week (no paid overtime ) and the week is not over yet.  Program corrupted (I fixed it) , and then the fridge died (at work).... Like I really need it.  W have sales meeting next week- people are coming, and I need a working fridge.  Before Monday. Great.  
The repair guy is coming today ,. so if that is simple thing - he will fix it, but if major - we need to go and buy a new one today... or my tomorrow. 

My office look like a hurricane went through it...so I also need to clean and organize that..  But I am so tired...  
Eats: 
protein cookies (woke up at 4:30 hungry)
coffee + almond milk
sunflower seeds
protein shake
protein shake or power crunch bar
dinner: going out - so it will be some meat or fish plus veggies.
LNS: not sure...

I know what you mean about being a long week.  I did payroll yesterday and forgot to write my our check.  My husband reminded me that it was Friday so I had to jump up and get my check written so that the boss can sign it to.  I guess I could be generous and donate my time this week....NOT!
