Good Morning Botts:

It is going to be a beautiful day today in Mississippi with the temperatures around 77 degrees.  My eats and cardio for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack:  Quest Cinnamon Bar
Lunch:  Quest Coconut Cashew Bar
Snack:  Biscotti
Dinner:  Chicken Quesadilla
Snack:  NSA ice cream sandwich

4:00 PM 1 hour walk around my neighborhood.  Too pretty to walk inside today.

Morning from KY,
Making the transistion. Working on exercising daily, trying to keep a good food balance without being truly hungry. I noticed that the more I eat the more I want to eat. Trying to drink more liquids first when I feel hungry. I know that more protein is needed but I am working up to it.

Good Morning everyone!

Ok, its official. IM A QUEST BAR CONVERT!! I love them! My shipment did come in yesterday.  For dessert, the husband and I split the cashew coconut and vanilla almond. Im totally blow away by how good these are. They kinda remind me of the old chewey Power Bars I used to eat. I just opened the apple pie bar so I could taste it and tell you, I like that one too! I like that they arent covered in some funky fake chocolate. I havent stuck it in the microwave yet. Im still working on my tea, so when Im done, I'll take the rest of the apple pie and nuke it.

Quest bars are now my new standard by which to compare all other bars. Oh, and all the bars I picked out are only 4 or 5 WW Points Plus :)

SO, eats for today:

Banana during my commute, I was hungry!
Hot green tea
Quest apple pie bar
roast turkey and green beans
Cocoa roasted almond packet and pear
Smart Ones steamer
Quest , think I'll try the pb supreme for dessert.

 Be sure and heat up the apple pie and definitely the PB supreme.  It will taste just like a peanut butter cookie straight from the oven.  Yumo!

Hey - Hey BOTT's, I made it back from the dark side

Vacation nice, did alot & had a good time...Feels good to re-boot...Now time to put myself back on a plan...I have been thinking about my original BOT plan which was to focus on 850 cals a day for a net cal deficit of 500 a week that theoretically translates into 1 lb down a week...Because I also do high intensity aerobics 4 times a week I think my body is not liking the number that low and is trying to hold onto it stores...I'm thinking that I'm going to chg up my formula and shoot for 1000-1250 cals a day, this may mean slower loss but I think it is a healthier and more reasonable amount of cals a day...

Pre-B : fru-fru coffee
B : protein coffee
L : 3 oz fried catfish, 5 med scallops & side harvest salad & small yeast roll
D : chicken brat, 1/4 c steamed rice & steamfresh asian medley

Cardio : 4 grocery dash ( quick run thru all 4 of our grocery stores ) & 1/2 mile walk with DH & the dogs

total : 1101 cals

Hey all..
Beautiful day here also. Nice and sunny. 
Last night I also worked late and got home around 9... supper tired.  And ... had problem sleeping.  Woke up around midnight very hungry... so ate some cheese and went back to sleep.  But promptly got up at 6... without the clock.. and started my day.   was really tired ... so I decided to dress us a little more today... since looking good always gives me some energy... (you look at yourself in a mirror and since you look good - the brain thinks you also fell good...)

eats today:
coffee+ coconut milk
protein shake
miso soup and broiled sea scallops topped with crab salad (Japanese-  so yummy)
power crunch bar (just one)
chicken with some veggies
pork loin (maybe)
sunflower seeds

exercise: walking ... 30-45 minutes... some in high heels... (between buildings -at work)
