Need to get it together

 I really need to get it together! since about a week after Christmas my weight jumped up 7-8 lbs. and for the life of me I can't get rid of it! I am so frustrated!! I come here all the time and read others posts but for some reason I always end up giving in by the end of the day. I also have RH so by giving in to crappy cravings leads to more crappy cravings and blood sugar drops. I just feel so crappy and I hate this feeling. I pray for more strength tomorrow to do better. I just needed to vent but any feedback is welcome too.

Venting is good!  So is planning and that's what it sounds like you need to do.  You need to get  back to the basics, no white foods, no drinking with meals, exercise and planning.  You having RH is why you're feeling miserable.  Each time you eat something sweet or high in carbs, 3 to 4 hrs. later you sugar is going to drop and you're going to get the "crappy cravings" again. 
You CAN do this!

Hi there:

I have had those days too.  See if you can do two protein forward days.  Have protein shakes, bars, lean meat (chicken/fish/eggs) and no carbs for just two days.  This should detox you from the cravings and then you can go back to your normal diet that you had to lose and maintain your weight.  It is hard to get back on track when you feel crappy.  I praying for your success.

 Thanks ladies for the encouragement. I am going to have 2-3 of nothing but protein and hopefully that will get me back in the right mind frame and hopefully lose this extra weight.

Make sure you add some fiber... constipation is not a joke... it hurts...

Your telling me H.B! I struggle with that too. I add fiber powder to my coffee every morning and I take colace to h elp it out (literally) lol
