Good Sunday Morning Botts:

I had a terrific workout yesterday.  I have graduated to a new machine called the Stairmaster's Gravitron.  You may be familiar with this machine but you use your body weight against yourself and you work out your arms and center core.  Needless to say, my arms will not be raising to wave at anyone today.  I spent 30 minutes on three different machines and free weights.  Afterwards, I spent 60 minutes on the treadmill and burned 560 calories just on that machine.  I got my incline up to 9.0 and my speed at 3.5.  Now that was a workout for me.  My eats and cardio for today are:

Exercise-Rest for today

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Oatmeal
Snack:  Chunky Monkey Protein Shake
Lunch:  Quest Coconut Cashew Bar
Snack:  Cheese, crackers & Grapes
Dinner:  Chicken Quesadilla
Snack:  NSA ice cream sandwich

Day 10 and final day of Master Cleanse.  I plan to make a slow transistion to solids tomorrow.

Good job!  How much weight were you able to get off?  Do you feel better after 10 days?  I don't believe that I would have last on this cleanse.

Unfortunately I had gain a few pounds since my fill and had not been able to get it together. 
So I only dropped 16 pounds from weight at start of cleanse until today.  I knew I would lose but more importantly I needed to know I could follow strict rules and complete a task. 
It is only a short period of time but I feel that it helped me to get back on track with losing weight, eating less and cleansing my body.  I would like to do this at least once a year. 
Now to get on track to weightloss and stay there longer than 10 days.  A much harder and larger task. 
The cleanse after day two went well.  I did not let myself get side tracked.  I was tested but did not rely just on myself.

You did an awesome job!  I know this was really hard so be proud of yourself for setting out and accomplishing what you started.  We all have to start somewhere and do what works for each of us to get back on track.
