Good Morning Botters:
It is a quiet day in my neighborhood. We are going to have a rainy weekend here in Mississippi. I plan on getting my cardio shortly then I am settling in for the afternoon and watch the complete series of the Tudors. I really need a relaxing weekend after this busy week of mine. My cardio and eats for today will be:
10:00 AM 1 hour walk on treadmill
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Quest Brownie Bar
Snack: Almonds
Lunch: Quest Apple Bar
Snack: Cheese, crackers and grapes
Dinner: Southwestern Chicken BBQ Pizza
Snack: Vanilla Protein Pudding
I am looking forward to this weekend. I hope you all have a great day and don't forget those vits and fluids.

You are doing great, as always.
The morning was nice and bright ... but we slept through it.. But we really needed that. Last week I managed on 5-6 hrs sleep every day... not good.
After a really good, long night sleep I got a great poop.. (yea - it is important... lol) and started my day with coffee. Soon got hungry and decided to try the quest bar for lunch. (told you slept late, didn't I?) But my pouch decided that quest bar as first food is not a good idea.
I was able to keep it down.. and after r20 min even the pain and nausea went away. But ... no dense food for me first thing ....
My BF and are chat a bit... and then had great horizontal cardio... . Got us some soup for late lunch... (it was 3 hrs later...) and now we are heading out. Not sure what we will do... but walking and maybe movie...
eats for the rest of the day:
protein cookies (3)
more cookies (2)
dinner: not sure but some proteins and veggies
LNS: sunflower seeds or quest bar...
Tess - you are right - 15 sec in microwave ,makes them soooo good,
