Hey Botts,
Due to spending a lot of time taking care of my husband I am finding I am waiting until late in the day to eat and then as we all know eat, eat eat. So this weekend I am going to make an effort to eat protein high small meals more often during the day...

I am going out tonight, so Im going to wing it and see if I can trust myself.
I'll be hitting the gym pretty hard this weekend. There is no Zumba on Monday, so it will be an extra day of strength training and ellpitical. I think Im also going to get in some beauty time. Getting a haircut next door to the gym and was told I should go ahead and splurge to get my nails done as well. That may help keep my inspiration up.

GO!! Its really alot of fun. Starting out, I spend more time just laughing at myself cause I have no rythm. Its funny. There are all kinds of people in my class, all sizes, shapes and abilities. You just move as hard as YOU can. Your instructor should show you how to move at higher and lower intensity. You will go at your own pace. If you want to just kick your foot out, you can...if you want to leap and hop and jog you can do that too.
Dont worry too much about getting the moves perfect. NO ONE in class has all the moves. Even the instructor messes up. It is really fun when you finally get it and get that feeling like...Hell yeah, this is SEXY!

We have been missing you and your daily posts. I know it hard but remember that we are thinking of you. I plan on going out to eat with my husband and son tonight to celebrate our family Valentine day. I believe my son picked our favorite mexican restaurant to eat at. Saturday and Sunday it is suppose to rain so I am going to stock up on some good snacks, a warm fireplace and I got the complete series of the Tudors and I am going to watch me some Henry the Eight. (I don't remember in my history books of Henry looking that good) . This weekend is about resting and spending some quality time with my guys.

Have been recovering from some plastics. I have lost 12 pounds since my surgery and want to keep it off. The problem now is that I'm laying around quite a bit since I can't do much and I'm starting to eat out of boredom. Also can't exercise yet. Thinking I will try to keep busy somehow and if I have to snack make it good snacks. Also I really need to work on my waters.
