Good Friday Morning Botts:
I had a good workout this morning and ready for the day. So glad that the weekend is coming tomorrow! My eats and cardio for today are:
5:15 AM 1 hour walk on treadmill
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack: Pure Protein Chocolate Bar
Lunch: Quest Coconut Cashew Bar
Snack: Cheese & Crackers
Dinner: Steak Taco
Snack: Vanilla Protein Pudding w/SF cool whip
Have a great day and don't forget those vits and fluids!

Good Morning! TGIF!!
Jumped on the scale one day early this week. Down one pound. I should be happier, but it IS a loss and Im not starving. Im happy it went in the right direction. Telling myself its from all the strength training and it will pick up next week. I have been working out very hard.
Today is the day Im going out to lunch and dinner. So far, Ive had a couple sips of coffee, then ruined it by throwing in some protein. I should just leave my good coffee alone, I dont even want it anymore.
Just had a banana
Ive already picked out bison chili for lunch. I couldnt find many good choices from the menu. Ted's Montanna Grill...if anyone sees anything Im missing.
Not sure where we are going for dinner, but I know I'll have a glass of wine.
this weekend I'll be at Zumba and the gym trying to work off whatever damage I do tonight.

I love, love, love my quest bars. The brownie bar heated up for about 15 seconds is my favorite. Taste just like a warm brownie out of the oven. The Coconut Cashew is becoming my second favorite, it taste like an almond joy bar without the chocolate on it. The Peanut Butter Supreme heated up taste just like a warm peanut butter cookie. I really like all of the bars except the berry bliss and the strawberry cheesecake. The cinnamon roll bar taste a lot like cinnamon cookie dough too. They are expensive but I have decide that I am worth it. And, I certainly cannot get a cheaper lunch for about $2.50 with that much protein involved. They are very filling and leave me quite satisified after I have eaten my bar. I can without uncertainty give them a big thumbs up from me.
I did end up placing my order yesterday. I went a little overboard so I hope I like them. I got the original sampler pack, 6 coconut cashew and vanilla almond plus a few others that werent in the pack.
Ive had some pretty bad bars, so they cant be THAT bad. Plus, everyone seem to rave about how filling they are.
They should be here Wednesday!

I just got mine. The natural. Ordered sample pack (2 of the mix boxes - natural - no splenda).
I do like them. they are very sweet.. and they do taste better when nuked.
I only tried the Chocolate PB (1/2) and the cinnamon. They are nice... pricey... but nice... and most of them I can carry around in summer (in SC) and they will get even better heated...

Yesterday was a long day... but I had fun... overall..
Did not slleep enough..so I decided to give myself another B12 shot today ( i get one weekly on Mondays, but some week, by the time Friday comes, I and dragging) . i really must have been low since I got such a rush... I am allert now... for sure.

soup with extar egg whites
miso soup and Japanese sushimi...
(most likely will not have any space for my fav seaweed salad)
I am admiting that power crunch bars are my crack addition... if I have them - I eat them...
