Good Morning!

Friday is pay day...Im going to order some of those Quest bars!

Update on my office, our sister team who moved in last week now have two people out sick. People are complaining and coughing. One one hand Im glad its not just me complaining but on the other hand, what is the problem? We have a call in to have an air quality check done.

So, the hubby made cauliflower pizza crust pizza last night. I have to say it was pretty good! Perfect for low carb and good for WW as well as the cauliflower is a free food. Its worth trying. Here is the Link to the recipe he used if anyone is interested. We decided that it was still a little moist and if we were only counting carbs a good hand full of parmesan cheese would have helped. Anyway, it was a great alternative for that pizza fix. Im a total pizza junkie! He used a drained can of fire roasted tomatoes instead of traditional sauce, sliced provolone (thats what we had on hand) and even got a little pepperoni on each piece. I calculated two good size pieces at about 10 WW Points Plus.

Eats for today:

Coffee w/ cream
Cheese stick and banana
Garden Salad and Atkins bar (finishing off what I have as bars go)
Pure Protein RTD followed by a pear
BLT on Rosemary and Olive Oil Flat Out Fold it Bread OMG, they are SO GOOD!
and fresh pineapple
WW Giant Fudge bar

Today is my off workout day.

Have a great Valentine's Day everyone!

I am so glad that you are having your office's air checked.  Something is definitely going on there.  I have found the Joseph's Oat Bran Pitas.  60 calories, 4 or 5 gr. of proteins and they make a great personal pizza.  I top them with everything.  Not soddy at all.  Have a great day!

Sorry to hear about the air. If nothing else - once they do the study - see if you guys can get one of those air purifiers... they do work well..

 Hi Alesia:

You know I sent you that rain.  We had it all day yesterday and I did have my fireplace on last night, all night long.  It was so nice to wake up warm this morning instead of chilly to the bone.  At least the good news is that the rain only lasted about 24 hours.  So tomorrow should be a good day for you.  Have a great one!

Heather,

I live in North Pole outside Fairbanks for 5 yrs in the early `90's...200 inches a year was considered average...Seems like the sidewalk was miles not feet long
