Good Morning to my Bott Lurkers:

It is a beautiful but cold day here in Mississippi.  Temps. are at 21 degrees this morning.  My eats and cardio for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Quest Brownie Bar
Snack:  Oatmeal
Lunch:  Protein PB Bar
Snack:  Cheese & Crackers
Dinner:  Chicken Quesadilla
Snack:  NSA ice cream sandwich

I plan on getting 1 hour on treadmill today just don't know what time yet.

Good morning Tess and bottlers.
it is cold here also... 23... ouch. After yesterday... I will not be going out today... too cold...unless we go to dinner or a movie.
Will use my treadmill ... maybe... I ordered some of the natural quest bars. Shall have them this week.

I will also post a recipe for very simple pb + protein cookies. Made them on Saturday... and they sit well and have the fiber .... I want to make them with more proteins... but I need to play with the recipe a bit. Now they look and taste more like muffin top cookies.

Eats are easy
Coffee w c milk
Protein cookies
omelet with veggies, Bacon...
Egg drop soup
chicken with green beans...
protein cookies pineapple slice
sunflower seeds...

The sun was shining in Kentucky today but it was cold.  I woke up with a headache.  Since I don't get headaches I know it was due to the cleanse.  Rested a little longer in bed and things got better.  So I have survived three days on the Master Cleanse.  I did forgo the smooth move laxative tea this morning.
