Good morning everyone! I am a little late to the party today!
On a happy note, I have lost 10 lbs! Yeah! I finally got up the courage to get on my scale Saturday afternoon and it was great news!
So:
B - 2 eggs with Canadian Bacon and string cheese
L - Spaghetti with meat sauce
D - Pork Chop with green beans!
Cardio: Just Dance for 35 minutes!
