Saturday, February 11th, Cardio & cafe

Hiya Botts:

I love Saturdays!!!!! I slept in this morning, then went and did my cardio at the gym.  It is cold here today, a high of 35 degrees, so I think I will tuck in with some old movies and a crockpot full of meatball soup.  yum!!!!  My eats and cardio for today are:

9:30 AM 1 hour on treadmill

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Quest Brownie Bar
Snack:  Cheese & Crackers
Lunch:  Quest Peanut Butter Bar
Snack:  Unjury Shake
Dinner:  Meatball Soup
Snack:  NSA Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich

I hope everybody has a great Saturday.  Don't forget your vits and fluids for today!

It was soooooo cold here. I was not prepared. We went out to be out of the house and run some errands and by the time it got dark it got down to 28 and windy. The place we wanted to have dinner was overbooked... so we (I) decided we need to go to the warmth of the house and I cooked great dinner....

So exersice was walking a lot in cold wearher..

Eats :
coffee with coconut milk
protein cookies
Veggies and meat soup
Protein cookies
Egg drop soup
salmon and fresh veggies,
Slice of fresh pineapple
protein cookies
