Back On Track Together
What is your plan of attack to stay on track for the weekend?
Friday:
PreBfast: protien coffee
Bfast: Eggs w/Laughing Cow (I make them in the microwave so I can do them in the hotel)
Snack: Maybe starbucks Iced coffee with nonfat milk and splenda
L: Boca Burger with laughing cow
S: Something under 100 calories and not carby crap
D: What ever I want as long as it does not include carby stuff like bread or pasta
S: Maybe some type of treat? SF Ice cream maybe??
Sat:
PreBfast: protien coffee

S: Under 100 calories (or some nuts. I have been craving some. Higher in cals but heart healthy)
L: Lunch meat and cheese roll up. maybe some soy chips? or veggie chips. Depends on the carb count
S: Under 100 calories
D: What ever I want w/out carby stuff
S: Some low sugar/carb treat
Sun:
PreBfast: protien coffee
Bfast: Eggs w/Laughing Cow
S: Under 100 call
L: What ever I want w/out carby stuff
S: Under 100 Calories
D: Very lowfat (salad or boca burger, chicken??) We will be home by then so it is back on track time.
I really want to be able to enjoy myself on this trip but I don't want to undo the work I have done getting off the carbs and sugar. I think this plan will give me a healthy balance. I will weigh myself on Monday and hopefully it will be 207 or less. I'm down from 212 at the beginning of last week :) Not too shabby considering I don't work out enough.

My plan for weekend is to be with my BF. We get busy and since I am the house cook I usually cook meals ... and prepare snacks. My main problem is when I don't feel like eating a meal and then will eat just protein bars... (power crunch) or other snack foods instead of real food - meals.
The real food - meats and other proteins - I have severe restriction now (very small pouch days) so I can't eat much. And after cooking - my appetite is so down...
I will make breakfast - only to have a few bites of egg omelet and be done.. So weekends are really time when I do follow my diet and don't eat much.
I do need to watch the water and vitamins. That - I forget...
