Awesome job Tess! A great goal for me to strive toward. I cannot wait to add in some fruits and veggies tomorrow. Do you eat many of those? Will be so hard to stay away from even a moderate amount of the other stuff. Today at lunch I did notice the restriction in my pouch. Actually threw some cottage cheese away. That is part of my problem. I hate throwing food away.
I still am in that same boat about throwing food away. Especially if I have counted it as part of my food calories for the day. If I allow 300 calories for dinner and I can not finish, I kinda get ticked because I want those calories. That is my meal that I have waited on all day for and I deserve it. I usually only eat 1 to 2 fruits a day and 1 to 2 vegetables a day. Most days, one of each.
