I am so glad that we have all made it to the end of the week. Yay!!!!!! My eats and cardio for today are:
5:15 AM 1 hour walk on Treadmill
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Unjury Chocolate Shake
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Quest Coconut Cashew Bar
Snack: Unjury Chocolate Shake
Dinner: Steak & Cheese Subway (discard bread and put in 60 calorie Pita Wrap)
Snack: NSA Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich
Have a wonderful day and take your vits and fluids. They will make you happy!

Good Morning TGIF!!!
Made it to the gym last night and added 5 minutes to my time on the elliptical...30 total followed by strength training. Great workout last night!!
Eats for today:
Coffee w/ cream
Made myself a shake, but my stomach isnt feeling it right now..Think breakfast will be a cheese stick and an orange.
Try my shake for lunch followed by a banana
Pure Protein bar and apple
Whatever the husband is making for dinner. I know it will be on plan!

Good morning everyone...I have not been botting here...but I am keeping track ( started weigh****chers Tuesday) I choose foods that are packed with protein and healthy carbs... in general just eating healthy...I am also doing cardio in the AM at least 3 times a week and hope to do more...since Tuesday I have managed to loose 4lbs...so that is a pound a day...and I can live with that... just need to get more water in...

Good morning...
Friday comes I get so tired... not sure what is going on, but by Fridays I am lately running out of steam. Had a problem waking up... My poor cat was trying... but eventually she got a second nap too.. nothing better that a nice wam cat on your belly... happy (eventually) and soft... I love when she settles on my belly and allow me to hold her back paw... while we sleep She is so soft and cudly. She also smells so good... .
I was finally up and did some laundry and vacumed the downstairs. That was enough work for this morning.

Started the Master Cleanse so my intake will be basically the same for the week. Feeling ok and planning to exercise. Since wls I've never planned these many carbs. However the foul things coming out make you say . Here's my menu:
