I have been lazy at checking in in the am. I really helps me to plan my day. I have been sucking at working out. Had a couple major assignments for school. I did walk to get my son from school so that was something. We are going to San Diego this weekend so I know I will get tons of exercise down there. We will be hitting the Trader Joes next to the hotel so we can load up on healthy eats. I'm not too worried. The exercise will even it out. Here is my day today
Prebfast: Protien Coffee
Bfast: 1 egg 1 egg white and a wedge of laughing cow (my go to bfast)
Snack: Little Munchers baby crispy thingys...walmart brand 30 cal a serving and low carb
Lunch: Mini Meatloafs and some Cucumbers
Snack: PB2 with a tablespoon of oatmeal and Mini Cliff Bar and a starbucks iced coffee with milk and splenda
Dinner: Subway Club Salad with ff honey mustard dressing
Snack: Starbucks (yes...again! Dont judge ;) I'm craving some nuts so I may get some at break at school.
I've been doing good sticking around 1000 calories and keeping the carbs low so I am feeling good. Have a good night!
